We’ve merged to be part of a bigger and better team!

We are pleased to advise that PS Accounting / TPS Solutions have merged with Advisory Partner and Lifesolver

Through this new group, we are able to strengthen our focus on rural people and businesses, with excellent local service (and offices) supported by a broader, larger and more sustainable group.

All PS Accounting / TPS Solutions team members, including Bob Locke, will continue working in the merged practice, and with the additional resources of the broader team we’ll ensure excellent ongoing advice and service to you.

From a client service perspective, everything will continue as business as usual. Most importantly, you can continue to contact us on the same phone number and emails to discuss any assistance you may require. We look forward to meeting as many clients as possible over the short-term and we’ll regularly keep you up to date as we continue to merge the operations and improve our services.

Introduction and Update on Owners / Key People:

Matt Meehan: Matt is a long-term resident of Armidale and Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner with over 30 years’ experience providing services to rural businesses across accounting, tax, financial planning and farm business coaching.

Brett Plant:  Brett has a rural background and is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years’ experience in providing taxation and specialist advisory services.

Steve Waters: Steve is highly experienced in running operations and businesses to provide the best service possible to meet the needs of clients.

Bob Locke: Bob will continue to provide his usual excellent service over the next few years, in a slightly reduced capacity, as he transitions into retirement.

The combined entity’s services include:

• Business advisory including purchases, sales and valuations

Registered Tax Agent

In order to continue to provide the best service possible and also to comply with ATO requirements, we will shortly be merging to one single Registered Tax Agent (Advisory Partner). This will not impact the service you receive and will occur automatically in the background (you don’t need to do anything). If you would prefer this not to occur, or have any questions, then please let us know as soon as possible. We plan to commence this transfer process in 2 weeks.
